An exceptional, rare pepper!
This unique pepper is harvested by about twenty farms only in Cambodia.
These long pepper beads come from the fresh red long pepper. Harvest takes place when the red fruits have reached their full ripeness and aromatic profile.
Red long peppers are harvested as late as possible, one by one by hand. Once the fruits have been washed, the stem is removed from the long pepper and the fruits are pressed to extract the precious "pearls".
This rare pepper develops delicious notes of gingerbread. Its aromatic profile stretches from dried tomato, saffron and liquorice to rose, cloves and cinnamon.
