Fruit of the Pecan tree, the pecan nut has, in a few years, invaded the kitchens of the old continent. It is used in the composition of many desserts such as brownies, pecan pie, ice cream, apple or pear pies...
This sachet contains tasty broken pecans, for a time-saving solution, it is no longer necessary to chop them coarsely in order to add them to your brownies or homemade cookies.
You can also roast them for a few minutes in the oven, to develop their flavor, and use them as an inclusion in your homemade ice cream.

After opening, place in an airtight container and store in a dark, cool room.
