Vanilla concentrate is obtained through hydroaloholic extraction and evaporation of vanilla pods.
This thick vanilla extract is a precious ingredient to flavour your pastry preparations with intense notes of fruit and spices.

  • Ingredients: invert sugar syrup, vanilla concentrate (8%), spent vanilla seeds (1,2%)

Best of the best
I have been looking for this extract since it disappeared from the shops of Cyprus.
I could not find the substitutes for this extract - though I made market research and bought around ten varieties of vanilla extract - nothing can beat it. Alcohol free.
Being on Tahiti and Bora Bora I bought a lot of pods to make the extract. Made it. No comparison with this extract.
