CHEF® Clear Jelly is a recipe without added glutamate or flavor enhancer to make 20L of jelly.
CHEF® Clear Jelly allows you to make jellies quickly and simply while guaranteeing a constant result on all preparations (hot and cold, fish in jelly, vegetable terrine, etc.).
This jelly, thanks to a rigorous selection of its ingredients, provides a clear and limpid result.
It is used in jelly but also in topping or decoration.
Note that it is stable with milk.

Uses:
1- Dissolve the product in the cold liquid.
2- Bring to a boil slowly while stirring.
3- Leave to cool according to the desired use.

  • Ingredients: 46% beef gelatin, iodized salt, glucose syrup, maltodextrin, sugar, acidifier (citric acid), flavourings, salt, Madeira wine extract, rosemary extract, thyme extract, garlic extract.
  • Store in a cool dry place. Close well after opening and use as soon as possible.
