Konjac noodles by Aromandise are traditionally made in the Gunma region of Japan.
These vegan and gluten-free spaghetti are made from Konjac and rice, resulting in delicious pasta with a melt-in-your-mouth texture.
This versatile ingredient is easy to incorporate into salads, soups, sauce dishes or stir-fries. A true dietary ally, Konjac has a very filling effect and a very low calorie index.
Aromandise has developed a manufacturing process that reduces the amount of preserving water by 75%, which greatly neutralizes the fishy smell typically associated with Konjac and completely disappears after rinsing.
Konjac root has been consumed in Japan for over 1500 years and is recognized for its health benefits, including its appetite suppressant effect and its ability to help lower cholesterol levels in the blood.
