Pickles produced in the Basque Country.
They are cut with a knife, lengthwise, before being inserted into an apple cider vinegar bath, thus associating sweetness, acidity, a hint of spice and a crunchy texture.
The Long Pickles from Vinaigrerie Saint-Jacques are ideal for sandwiches, buns, tapas...
These pickles match with cold meats, cold cuts such as terrines and ham.
Thier sweetness allows for integration with other vegetables, in salad preparations.
