The "Bonne Année Smartphone" thermoformed mold is handcrafted in the south-west of France by Denis Darroman, former Master Artisan Chocolatier-Confectioner.
Knowing all the constraints and expectations of the chocolate trade, he now focuses on the production of quality molds and offering an irreproachable result.
This mould is quite rigid (PET thickness 1 mm), which gives it a certain resistance to wear which makes it reusable.
Simply pour the tempered chocolate into the indentations and leave to crystallize at room temperature.
For maintenance, simply wiping the mold with a soft cloth is sufficient.
It is not recommended to clean a chocolate mold with water, let alone put it in the dishwasher.
