This mold is made with the same technology as the classic Silpat cooking cloth, which gives it significant non-stick properties without greasing as well as proven longevity.
It is made from fiberglass and silicone in a Silpat factory in Warin in the north of France, in addition it is guaranteed without bisphenol A.
This mold allows uniform cooking in all types of ovens, it is also resistant to freezing for your desserts requiring cold setting without any risk of deformation despite temperature changes.
Easy to maintain, it is dishwasher safe.
