This frame set offers endless combination possibilities and can easily replace 4 traditional frames:
- mousse frame: the total height of the 3 frames stacked together is 45mm, i.e. the height of traditional mousse frames.
- entremets or cake frame: the traditional height of 35mm can be obtained by stacking together the red and black frames. If you wish to make three layers, stack 1 red and 2 yellow frames together (extra yellow frame sold separately).
- Opera frame: combine the red and yellow frames.
- 35 x 35cm frames designed for ganaches that be cut using a guitar cutter.
