The chocolate fountain is used as a fondue pan to coat fresh fruits with chocolate - strawberries, bananas, pineapples, etc... or biscuits, using skewer sticks.
It can be used for as a shopfront display.
The fountain keeps chocolate warm by circulating it to the bottom with a screw conveyor.
