Hello there.
It was the first time I used a cooking thermometer, and it was chaos. I wanted to do a simple wet caramel.
I dont know if it was the heat conducted from the recipient or that it was a bit too close to the flame.. Since there was a clip I naively thought that I could let it stay with the caramel. I think I used a pan too small which made the thermometer stick out a bit and apparently too close to the fire.
It still works, but it's a bit curved now.

This is a great flour brush. It used by the professional so if it is good enough for them it is good enough for me. The design and shape make brushing flour away from dough and baked bread effortless.
