How can I be sure the products I want to purchase are in stock?
Stock management and service quality are at the heart of our business. All stocks and availabilities are updated in real time. Therefore, if a product is marked "in stock", we do confirm it is available and you can order it to receive as soon as possible.
How about products available "on order"?
We are in daily contact with our suppliers who share updated information on stocks and supply times. You can still add products marked "on order" to your basket. However, we invite you to contact our customer service via this form to confirm availability of the products you wish to purchase.
How quickly can my order be prepared?
Our first priority is the health of our employees, so we have implemented the recommended hygiene and social distancing guidelines in our warehouse. For all orders where all items are in stock and the payment is confirmed, there may be a delay of 24 hours for the preparation of your order.
How is my order processed?
We have put hygiene measures in place in strict compliance with advice from public health authorities.
We are operating with a reduced number of volunteering staff to process your orders.
When will I receive my order?
Our courier service providers continue to ship your orders. However, a series of adjustments have been made.

Home delivery: 3 home delivery options are currently available.
Free DPD home delivery when you spend over €89
DPD reports an average delay of 24 to 48 hours for delivery.
Please note the DPD Predict service, which allows you to select a delivery window, is suspended until further notice.
The delivery of your parcel is contact-free, thanks to a secret code sent to you via text message and email.
Colissimo home delivery
Home deliveries take place from Wednesday to Friday and are contact-free.
The average delay for delivery is between 48 and 72 hours.
Chronopost 24H express home delivery
The 24H express delivery service continues to operate as normal. The delivery of your parcel will take place between 8am and 6pm.

How can I return my order?
You can still return your parcel from France with Colissimo.
In case you do not wish to go to a post office or if you are outside France, please contact our customer service via this form. We will find the best possible solution together.
