Melt the chocolate couverture.
Make a pastry cone with parchment paper.
Take a sheet of parchment paper and place it on the figurine of your choice (sketch, drawing...).
Fill the cone with melted chocolate and by transparence...
...outline the drawing...
...on the sheet of parchment paper.
Leave to harden. It is possible not to fill the inside of the outlines and keep it that way.
Fill the insides of the outline made beforehand with chocolate.
When serving, you will just need to remove the figurine and delicately stick it on a cake, dessert or individual dessert portion.
