Prepare all the ingredients.

Pass the food to be fried into the milk...
...then into the flour.
Shake them in a sieve to remove the excess flour.
Dip them in small quantities into the hot oil.
When well browned, remove them using the spider or skimmer and drain them on toilet paper.
Add salt and serve while hot and crispy.
