Per person:

• 2cl Bacanha organic bergamot orange syrup
• 16cl gin
• 30cl Indian tonic
• a few juniper berries
• 1 or 2 lemon slices
• Ice cubes

• Ingredients: Pure organic cane sugar, water, natural organic bergamot orange flavouring, acidifier (citric acid).
