This pancake mix allows you to easily reproduce Chef Philippe's failproof recipe at home.

Pancakes are an all-time favourite for children of all ages.
Manufactured in our laboratory in the Basque country, France, this instant mix for pancakes is made of healthy, quality ingredients.
These pancakes are deliciously soft and airy.
Serve with a side of maple syrup or fresh fruits and start your day with a nutritious breakfast.

Instructions:
1. Pour bag number 1 into a large recipient and shape into a fountain.
2. Crack the eggs in the volcano.
3. Add the milk in 3 batches. Combine with a whisk every time. At this stage the preparation should be thick. Whisk to get rid of any lumps and add the last batch of milk. Combine.
4. Melt the butter in a large frying pan. Add the melted butter to the pancake batter and combine.
5. Heat the pan and wipe the butter excess with a paper towel.
6. Use a small ladle to transfer the batter in the pan, creating pancakes up to a diameter of 10cm. Cook on one side for about 1.5 minutes over medium heat.
Flip the pancake with a spatula and cook the other side for about 30 seconds.
7. Enjoy warm.
