Summer Truffle Pesto is offered by Domaine d'Argens in addition to a whole range of sauces, carpaccios and other truffle-based delights.

It is mainly composed of olive and sunflower oil, Grana Padano (not to be confused with the fruitier and softer Parmesan), Pecorino Romano (made from sheep's milk, not cow's like Parmesan).) and pinions.
All delicately enhanced by a note of summer truffle.
This variety is more fruity and delicate than the black truffle, with a slight nutty taste.

Summer truffle pesto can accompany pasta, risottos or mashed potatoes.
Creamy in texture, it can also be enjoyed as an aperitif dip with raw vegetables or breadsticks, or to enhance a scramble.
