This green olive cream is 100% natural and brings a Mediterranean touch to your recipes.
It is produced by the Dilillo house, an expert in Italian products for many years, with olives harvested and prepared in the traditional way in the heart of Puglia.
It can be eaten on its own, spread on good toast, or used as a sauce to dip small fresh vegetables as an aperitif.
This green olive cream can also be used to enhance the taste of sandwiches, wraps, pizzas, ideal for picnics! It can also be added to pasta or to marinate meat and fish.

Recipe idea: Toasts with green olive cream (for 4 people):

• 12 small slices of toasted bread
• 1 small piece of Italian cheese
• 2/3 semi-dried tomatoes
• 1 slice of Italian ham

Spread the toasted bread slices with the green olive cream.
Place a small piece of cheese, ham or semi-dried tomato on each slice.
