Moulin de la Veyssière's PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) Périgord Walnut Oil is a premium gourmet product originating from the Périgord region of France. This oil is meticulously cold-extracted from walnuts harvested in the region, utilizing a traditional cold production method by the Moulin de la Veyssière, a living heritage company with a production process rooted in tradition.

The cold extraction method aims to preserve the full flavor and nutritional profile of the nuts, resulting in an oil with a fruity walnut flavor and the sweetness of toasted bread.
