Llàgrimes del Canigó porcini mushroom olive oil is a gift from nature and specially intended for all mushroom lovers and hunters!
The oil is made with carefully selected Argudel olives grown in Alt Emporda, in the northeast of Spain.
Cold extracted, it has a pronounced and balanced taste.
Fresh porcini mushrooms from the Pyrenees are picked then added to the oil, which gives it all its subtlety and flavor.

Applications:
Llàgrimes del Canigó porcini olive oil is delicious as an accompaniment to fresh pasta, risottos, scrambled meats, and can also enhance a pan of vegetables, a pizza or a quiche.
