Peppers roasted in oil always find their place in everyday cooking!
Very soft and tender, they can be incorporated into risottos, pasta dishes, antipasti, and are also delicious to accompany grilled meats!
This mixture of red and yellow peppers brings flavors and colors to all your preparations.
It has been prepared according to the rules of the art by the Italian brand Dilillo, which avoids the entire preparation stage and thus saves you time in the kitchen.

Recipe idea: Savory pancake with peppers, bacon bits and cheese (for 6 people):
For the savory pancake batter:
175g flour
2 eggs
30 cl of milk
1 packet of dry yeast
salt
3 tbsp. olive oil

For garnish :
1 can of roasted peppers in oil
1 yellow onion
200g sheep's cheese
125 g of bacon

Mix flour, baking powder, 1 pinch of salt.
Add the eggs, olive oil and mix with a whisk.
Add the milk and let the dough rest for 1 hour, covered.
Fry the bacon with the onions for a few minutes in the pan.
Add the pepper strips.
In a buttered pancake pan, pour a ladle of batter and cook the first one.
Garnish it immediately with the pepper preparation and place a few slices of sheep's cheese! Repeat until there are no more ingredients.
