With 25 years of experience, Franck Haasnoot has collaborated with some of the world's most prestigious patisseries and Michelin-starred restaurants.
His global journey has led him to participate in numerous competitions, culminating in the title of World Pastry and Chocolate Champion at the Mondial Maîtres Chocolatiers in Paris in 2011.
In the last three years, he has returned to his native Netherlands, where he excels as a consultant and trainer, sharing his wealth of knowledge and skills in the world of pastry and chocolate.
