The Ø 18 cm convex perforated pie circle is made in composite material with the new T-Plus thermoplus technology.
It is very rigid and ultra -resistant.
The perforations ensure perfectly homogeneous cooking and a perfect coloring of the dough.
Unmoulding is facilitated as well as maintenance, since the perforated pie circle goes directly from the freezer, in the oven and then in the dishwasher.
This design is one of the new features 2024 Silikomart and offers a soft and original shape for all sweet or savory individual pies.
