The Decora Rose savarin mould is a beautiful, high-quality non-stick steel mould for making sweet or savoury cakes, flans, or cakes.
A beautiful floral pattern in the shape of a rose for your pastry creations.
The specific coating perfectly reproduces the details of the mould on your preparation and allows you to release the cake easily.

Pear sponge cake (serves 8):
100g flour
100g cornflour
150g caster sugar
3 whole eggs
6g baking powder
150ml whipping cream
75g softened butter
5cl Amaretto liqueur
Cream the butter with the sugar.
Add the eggs, cream, and Amaretto.
Finally, add the flour-yeast and cornflour mixture.
Peel and cut the pears into very small cubes and fold them into the mixture.
Bake in the Decora rose savarin mould for 25-30 minutes at 200°C.

• Dimensions: Ø 20 x 8cm
• Use in the oven up to 220°C
• Handwash with a non-abrasive sponge (no dishwasher) and dry thoroughly.
