Technical stages for Laced Tiles :
- Mix all the ingredients together. Add a drop of red food ink (optional).
- Let it rest in the fridge for a few hours.
- Bake on a reusable baking paper.
- Put on the baking sheet nut-sized clusters of dough.
- Leave enough space between each of them, as the dough will tend to spread once in the oven.
- Bake in warm oven (180°C or 356°F) until golden. The dough will spread itself and bubbles will appear.
- When finished, slide the baking paper on the cold counter and remove the tiles. Mold immediately with a semi-cylinder (you can also use a roling pin, a bottle, any cylinder..).
