Pork Spare Ribs with Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients for Pork Spare Ribs with Barbecue Sauce :

  • 1.4 kg spare ribs
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 3 minced onions
  • 1/4 litre ketchup
  • 1 dl cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon cari
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon powdered chili
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Technical stages for Pork Spare Ribs with Barbecue Sauce :

  • Preheat the oven at 200°C or 392°F.
  • Sweat the garlic and oil, then remove it from the pan.
  • Brown the ribs for a couple of minutes. Put the ribs, garlic and onion on a roasting pan.
  • Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the ribs. Cover completely and cook for an hour in the oven.
