Stuffed Tomatoes with mozzarella
Technical stages for Stuffed Tomatoes with mozzarella :
- Wash the tomatoes. Cut off the top, scoop out the pulp and add salt inside. Flip them over on a rack coated with a cloth.
- Dice the mozzarella and cut the seeded bell pepper into strips. Peel and cut the cucumber in pieces.
- In a salad bowl, mix all together with vinegar, lemon juice, 3 tsp olive oil, salt, 5 coriander seeds and crushed peppercorn.
- Dry the inside of the tomatoes with paper towel. Fill them with the prepared items. Decorate with one pepper and olives. Place in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Place the tomatoes on plates. Decorate with basil and crushed peppercorn. Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
