Ingredients for Pecan Pie :

  • 150 g ground pecan
  • 100 g butter
  • 225 g flour
  • 150 g powdered sugar or 200 g brown sugar
  • 25 cl crème fraiche

Technical stages for Pecan Pie :

  • Prepare the dough by mixing the flour together with the butter and 50 g of sugar.
  • Form a ball and let it rest for an hour in the fridge.
  • Preheat the oven at 220°C or 428°F.
  • Roll out the crust and ease into a buttered pan. Prick with a fork.
  • Bake blind for 10 minutes.
  • Mix the cream and pecan with the remaining sugar.
  • Spread the mix on the shell.
  • Bake at 200°C or 392°F at mid-height for 20 minutes.
  • Serve cold.
