  • 2 pears
  • 2 apples
  • 50 g almond powder
  • 30 g walnuts
  • 30 g raisins
  • 1 Tsp creamy honey
  • 5 cl pear eau de vie, rum or Grand-Marnier
  • 40 g butter (20 + 20)

Prepare all the ingredients.

Soak the raisins in a little warm water.

Pre-bake the pie shell in hot oven at 190°C for 15 to 20 minutes.
