Ingredients for Chorizo Tapas :

  • 1 french baguette
  • softened butter
  • toothpicks
  • 1 spicy chorizo
  • pickled perl onions

Technical stages for Chorizo Tapas :

  • Thinly slice the French baguette diagonally .
  • Using a metal spatula, butter the slices.
  • Stick a toothpick through the onions.
  • Place 2 slices of Chorizo on each slices of bread.
  • Hold together with a toothpick.
