Tagliatelle with Smoked Salmon
Technical stages for Tagliatelle with Smoked Salmon :
- Cook the tagliatelles in boiling salted water. They must be "al dente".
- Meanwhile, in a small pan, melt 50 g of butter and add thin slices of smoked salmon, capers, chopped dill and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
