  • 150 g mache
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 5 Tsp olive oil
  • Fleur de sel
  • pepper
  • paprika
  • Crisps:
  • 120 g parmesan
  • 2 slices stale sandwich bread
  • 25 g butter

Prepare all the ingredients.

Parmesan crips: Trim the sandwich bread.

Fry the scallops in hot pan, 20 seconds each side.
