Coffee Syrup

Coffee Syrup
  • For : punch 1 cake
  • Time : 20 minutes

Ingredients for Coffee Syrup :

  • 20 cl water (200 g)
  • 50 cl sugar
  • 80 g dehydrated coffee (Nescafe for instance)
  • 100 g coffee alcohol

Prepare all the ingredients.

Put the water, sugar, and soluble coffee in a pot.

...and bring to a boiling pint. Let it boil for a few minutes until it turns into a syrup. Let it cool. Add the coffee liqueur. Keep until use.
