Coffee Syrup

Ingredients for Coffee Syrup :
20 cl water (200 g)
50 cl sugar
80 g dehydrated coffee (Nescafe for instance)
100 g coffee alcohol
Technical stages for Coffee Syrup :
Prepare all the ingredients.
Put the water, sugar, and soluble coffee in a pot.
Mix and bring to a boiling opint. Let it boil for a few minutes until it turns into a syrup.
Let it cool. Add the coffee liqueur. Keep until use.
