Ingredients for Syrup base for sorbet :
1 litre water
650 g sugar
200 g glucose
Technical stages for Syrup base for sorbet :
Put the water in a saucepan. Sprinkle in the sugar.
Add the glucose.
Bring to a boil.
Boil for 3 to 4 minutes until sugars are completely dissolved. Turn off the heat. Leave to cool before use.
