  • 70 g butter
  • 70 g flour
  • 1 litre milk
  • salt
  • cayenne pepper
  • nutmeg

Technical stages for Bechamel Sauce :

  • Prepare a white roux with the butter and flour.
  • Pour the boiling milk on the cooled roux.
  • Whisk until smooth. Bring to a boiling point and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
