Sangria

Sangria
  • For : 2,5 litres
  • Time : 20 minutes + 48 hours
  • Difficulty : easy

Ingredients for Sangria :

  • 2 litres of good red wine
  • Grand-Marnier or Cointreau
  • sugar
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 lemons
  • cinnamon
  • nutmeg

Prepare all the ingredients.

Cut the fruits into pieces.

Place them in a bowl along with the red wine.

Add the grated nutmeg and cinnamon...

...Grand-Marnier and Cointreau...

... and caster sugar.

Mix thoroughly. Leave to macerate in a cool place. Serve chilled!
