  • 200g carrots
  • 200g leeks
  • 2 sticks of celery
  • 2 onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 litre vegetable stock
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 4 cloves
  • butter
  • Lemon juice

Prepare all ingredients. Preheat the oven to thermostat 8.

Stick the cloves in the roast and place in a baking dish.
