For this recipe, you need :

  • 1 glass long grain rice
  • salt

Technical Stages :

  • Pour 2 1/4 glasses of water in a pot. Salt and bring to a boil.
  • Sprinkle the rice and stir.
  • When boiling again, lower the heat.
  • Cook for 18 minutes, without stirring.
  • Once the rice absorbed all water, break the clusters with a fork.

  • You may serve it with a low-fat tomato coulis.
