  • 100 g smoked salmon
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 2 tablespoons crème fraiche
  • 10 g butter
  • salt

  • Make a shortcrust pastry.
  • Peel the leeks keeping only the whites.
  • Wash them and thinly slice them.
