Ingredients for Chicken Yassa :

  • 1 chicken
  • 5 large onions
  • 1,5 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup mustard
  • salt
  • pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 3 cubes chicken stock
  • Peanut oil

Prepare all the ingredients.

Cut the chicken into 10 pieces.

Place the chicken pieces, 1 chopped garlic clove, 1 crumbled cube of chicken stock, half cup mustard, salt, pepper and nutmeg in a bowl.

Mix thoroughly and leave to marinate 30 minutes.

Place the marinated pieces of chicken on a baking sheet and grill them for about 30 minutes in the broiler of the oven.

Mince the onions and chop the rest of garlic.
