Ingredients for Basquaise Chicken :

  • one 1.5 kg chicken
  • 2 onions
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 kg tomatoes
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • salt
  • pepper
  • espelette pepper

Technical stages for Basquaise Chicken :

  • Cook the chicken in the oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
  • Swea the minced onions and peppers cut in strips in butter.
