Savarin Dough

Ingredients for Savarin Dough :

	1 Prepare all the ingredients.
	2 Dissolve the yeast into lukewarm milk.
	3 Shape the flour into a fountain in a mixing bowl. Add the eggs, sugar, salt and dissolved yeast in the middle.
	4 Knead with electrical mixer with a hook adapter. Knead until the dough stops sticking to the sides of the bowl.
	5 Add the chunks of soft butter.
	6 Clean the sides of the bowl..
	7 ...cover with a clean cloth and keep aside in a warm place until the dough doubled in volume.
	8 When the dough has risen...
	9 ...tear it with the back of your hands.
	10 Grease a large savarin pan or individual baba pans.
	11 Fill up each pan to 3/4 of its capacity. Let it grow again until the dough reaches the rim.
	12 Glaze the surface of the babas with egg yolks..
	13 ...and bake in a warm oven at 180°C (356°F) for 15 to 20 minutes.
	14 The babas will rise and turn golden.
	15 When baked...
	16 ...take out of the oven...
	17 and unmold on a rack. Let it cool.
