Waffle Batter

Ingredients for Waffle Batter :

  • 300 ml water
  • 350 ml milk
  • 375 g flour
  • 100 g melted butter
  • 200 g icing sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 4 g salt
  • 3 g vanilla extract
  • 5 g orange flower water

Technical stages for Waffle Batter :

  • Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Bake in a waffle pan at 180°C or 356°F or in the oven at 200°C or 392°F on a non-stick baking sheet.
