Ingredients for Crepes batter :
125 g flour
30 g melted butter
5 g salt
sugar (optional)
3 eggs
3 dl milk
2 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons rum or other alcohols...
Important points for Crepes batter :
Sift
the flour.
As opposite to traditional crepes batter where cold milk is used, you will need warm milk.
Pass the batter through a chinois or fine sieve.
Add the melted butter in the end.
