Pasta with Anchovies and Broccoli

Ingredients for Pasta with Anchovies and Broccoli :

  • 500 g of "Barilla" pasta #7
  • 500 g broccolis
  • raisins
  • marsala
  • 60 g anchovies in olive oil
  • garlic
  • shallots
  • harissa (a dash)
  • 2 or 3 spoonfuls breadcrumbs
  • 50 g pinions
  • olive oil

Technical stages for Pasta with Anchovies and Broccoli :

  • Steam or boil the fresh broccoli until cooked "al dente" (crunchy).
  • Soak the raisins in a little bit of warm water and marsala to make them swell.
  • Take two small cans of anchovies in olive oil and melt them over low heat in olive oil.
  • Add the chopped garlic and shallots and sweat the mix, stirring with a wooden spatula. Cook the pasta "al dente".
  • Once the broccoli is cooked, add it to the anchovies and add a dash of harissa.
  • On the side, put the breadcrumbs in another pan and cook the pinions without oil. Combine with the sauce. Add the raisins and mix with the pasta.
