Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients for Blueberry Muffins :

  • 125 g butter
  • 175 g powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 litre of milk
  • 300 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 100 g blueberries
  • icing sugar
  • 1 pinch salt

Prepare all the ingredients.

Mix the melted butter with powdered sugar...

...until the mixture becomes creamy.

Add the eggs while beating vigorously...

...then add the sieved flour, salt and baking powder.

Add milk gradually while still mixing.

Continue to stir the mixture as quick as possible with a spatula...

...in order to ensure a light and flutty batter.

Add vanilla, then blueberries while still mixing.

Put the batter into silicone mold...

...and sprinkle with icing sugar.

Bake in the hot oven at temperature 150°C for about 30 minutes.
