Grilled Corn
  • For : 4 servings
  • Time : 30 minutes
  • Difficulty : easy

For this recipe, you need :

  • 4 ears corn
  • 1 glass milk
  • lemon juice
  • melted butter

Technical Stages :

  • Wash the corn under water.
  • Pat them dry, leaving the leaves humid.
  • Fold them well to cover the grains.
  • Boil 5 to 6 glasses of water and add 1 glass milk. Put the corn in it for 5 minutes approximately.
  • Drain, pass under running water and dry them.
  • Grill them then in the oven or on a barbecue gril for 10 to 12 minutes, turning them a few times.
  • Eat with melted butter mixed with the juice of a lemon.
  • SLIM TIPS:
  • If you want to totally avoid lipids, you can just eat them like that.
