Lasagna with Spinach, Ham and Mushrooms
Technical Stages :
- Thaw and drain the spinach.
- Mix with the cheddar and ricotta.
- the chopped onion and crushed garlic in a pan.
- Add the ham, mushrooms and cook for a few minutes.
- Add the peeled, seeded and tomatoes. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add the chopped basil.
- Put a layer of lasagna at the bottom of a baking dish. Cover with half of the spinach mix. Cover with lasagna pasta, then with the ham mix.
- Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Pour the liquid cream and sprinkle with parmeesan.
- Cover and bake in a medium (180°C) oven for 30 minutes.
- 10 minutes before the end, remove the aluminium foil that covers it.
