Technical Stages :
- Whisk the eggs with the sugar until pale and thick. Add the salt, oil, beer, orange zest and cinnamon. Mix well.
- Add gradually the baking powder and flower. Mix again until the dough is homogeneous.
- Butter and flour a baking pan. Pour the dough and bake for 45 minutes at medium heat.
- Unmold and let cool on a rack.
- The cake can be cut sideways and stuffed with marmelade.
